Customers with disabilities spend approximately $25 billion every year. Wouldn't you like to tap into this huge market?

There are two reasons why you need to provide good service to customers with disabilities.

  1. It's good for business.
  2. It's the law.

Ontario's first accessibility standard, the customer service standard, is now the law. It came into effect on January 1, 2008. The standard applies to all people, businesses and organizations that:

  • provide goods or services either directly to the public or to other businesses or organizations
  • have one or more employees in Ontario
