Personal information and privacy protection

When you send a message through our website, your privacy is protected.

If our reply to your e-mail contains personal information, the government's privacy laws require us to respond to you by regular mail.

Here are some examples of personal information:

  • any identifying information such as a social insurance number (SIN) or a health card number (OHIP)
  • your financial history
  • your medical history.
