Charitable Institutions Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.9
Except for the administration of all powers and duties pertaining to:

1. an approved charitable home for the aged
2. a building or part of a building that, when approved under section 3 of the Act, will be an approved charitable home for the aged
3. an approved corporation that maintains and operates an approved charitable home for the aged, and
4. a corporation that intends to maintain and operate a charitable institution that, when approved under section 3, will be an approved charitable home for the aged.
