Our service standards comply with the following legislation:

  • Ontario Human Rights Code


  • information access and privacy provisions of the:
    • Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and
    • Personal Health Information Protection Act
  • French Language Services Act


  • accessibility requirements of the
    • Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2001
    • Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, and
    • Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, Ontario Regulation 429/07.

We also follow the Ontario Government’s common service standards for:

  • telephones
  • correspondence, and
  • in-person locations.
