The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) requires that organizations file accessibility reports on standards that apply to them.

If you are one of the organizations required to file an accessibility report for the Customer Service Standard, you have to access ONe-key Online to register and enrol in the Accessibility Compliance Reporting online application. ONe-key Online lets you complete, certify and submit your accessibility report.

Short descriptions of the steps you will be required to follow are provided below. Additional instructions are provided within the Accessibility Compliance Reporting online application.

Please note that your organization may enrol multiple Certifiers and Administrators or that you may be a Certifier and/or Administrator for more than one organization. You may not be a Certifier and an Administrator for the same organization.

To enroll in Accessibility Compliance Reporting Online as of January 1, 2010:

  1. Go to ServiceOntario.


  2. Click Start Online Service.


  3. Click New User to register with ONe-key.


  4. After you have registered your ONe-key ID and password, please log into ONe-key to enroll in ACR Online.


  5. Select ACR Online under Programs for which you can enrol on the ONe-key Portal page.


  6. Click Request Program Access Code.


  7. Search for your organization name:
    1. If your organization name is listed in the displayed search results, click on the hyperlink of your organization name
    2. if your organization name is not listed in the displayed search results, contact the AODA Contact Centre at ServiceOntario.
  8. Review your organization's name and address for accuracy:
    1. If correct, click Yes. You will be provided with a form to enter your business contact information and to select the role you will be using in the Accessibility Compliance Reporting online application.
    2. If not correct, click No. You will be provided with instructions to contact the AODA Contact Centre at ServiceOntario.
  9. After you have completed filling in the business contact information form, click Proceed.


  10. You will receive a message that your request has been processed. Your Program Identification Number (PIN) will be e-mailed to you. Your Program Access Code (PAC) will be e-mailed to your organization.


  11. When you have both your PIN and your PAC, please log into ONe-key to complete the enrolment.


  12. Select Accessibility Compliance Reporting under Programs for which you can enrol on the ONe-key Portal.


  13. Enter the PAC that your organization provided you — the PAC is provided in two parts — and then click Submit.


  14. Enter the PIN that was e-mailed to you, and then click Submit.


  15. Click Accept to agree to the Terms and Conditions.


  16. You will then be taken directly to the Organization Home page in the Accessibility Compliance Report online application.

To complete, certify and submit your accessibility report as of January 1, 2010:

  • Click "New Report" in the Accessibility Reports section.
  • "Who is required to complete this report?" and "Accessibility Report Instructions" are displayed.
  • Click "Go to Report".
  • Edit Organization Details is displayed:
    • if your organization details are correct, click "Save".
    • if your organization details are incorrect, make any necessary changes and click "Save".
  • Edit Contact Details is displayed:
    • if your contact details are correct, click "Save".
    • if your contact details are incorrect, make any necessary changes and click "Save".
  • The Accessibility Report is displayed.
  • Answer the report questions by selecting either "Yes" or "No".
    • Click "Save" to save the report while you are working on it, or to return later to finish.
    • Click "Save & Continue" to see a summary of your progress.
  • The Accessibility Report Summary is displayed and:
    • If you are an Administrator role, you can only edit the report.
      • Click "Close Summary" to continue the report later — this returns you to the home page.
    • If you are a Certifier role, you can:
      • Click "Close Summary" to continue the report later — this returns you to the home page.
      • Click "Certify Report" to certify and submit your report.
  • The Accessibility Report Certification page is displayed.
    • Click "Certify Report" to bind your organization and submit your report.
    • Click "Cancel Certification" to return to the home page.
  • The Accessibility Report Submission page is displayed.
    • Click "Submit Report" to submit your report — it cannot be changed once submitted.
    • Click "Cancel Certification" to return to the home page.
  • The Accessibility Report Confirmation page is displayed.
    • Click "E-mail" to have a PDF copy of your Accessibility Report e-mailed to you and to return to the home page.
    • Click "View/Print" to view and print or save a PDF copy of your Accessibility Report.
    • Click "Exit/Home" to return to the home page.
  • Click "Logout" to return to the ONe-key Portal page.
